1. Cancellation Request
- All cancellation requests must be made through the official contact details of Panchajanyam Guest House.
- Cancellations are valid only after confirmation from the management.
2. Cancellation Timeline
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are not eligible for any refund.
- No refund will be provided for no-show or early check-out cases.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time may take 5 to 7 working days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
- Transaction charges and service fees are non-refundable.
4. Modification of Booking
Date change or booking modification requests are subject to room availability and management approval.
5. Special Periods
During festival days, peak seasons, or special occasions, cancellation rules may differ and will be informed at the time of booking.
6. Management Rights
The management of Panchajanyam Guest House reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation and refund requests as per this policy.
