1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Guests are advised to check booking details carefully before final confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a partial refund after applicable deductions.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are not eligible for any refund.
- No refund will be provided for early check-out or no-show cases.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5 to 7 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction charges or service fees are non-refundable.
4. Modification of Booking
Date changes or booking modifications are subject to room availability and management approval.

During festival days, peak seasons, and special occasions, cancellation and refund rules may differ and will be informed at the time of booking.
